We combine our real estate experience with the perspective we gained helping our own families navigate these same transitions. From preparing and selling the home to coordinating the many details along the way, we’re here to help bring it all together.

Meet Carol
As a Florida REALTOR® since 2006, Carol Evans has helped more than 140 families buy and sell homes throughout Florida. Over the years, she has found it especially meaningful to help seniors and their families navigate downsizing, assisted living, or a move to a more manageable home.
Carol understands that selling a longtime family home is about much more than a real estate transaction. It often comes with important decisions about care, where a loved one will live, and what comes next.
Her years of experience have taught her the importance of patience, compassion, organization, and clear communication. Together with her sister-in-law, Christin, Carol created Senior Concierge Group to provide seniors and their families with thoughtful guidance and practical support throughout the transition.
Her goal is simple: to make one of life’s biggest transitions feel a little easier for seniors and the families who love them.
Meet Christin
For Christin, helping seniors and their families is personal. As a Florida REALTOR® with a bachelor’s degree in Medical Administration, she brings both professional experience and a firsthand understanding of what families can face as a loved one gets older.
As an adult child helping care for aging parents, Christin experienced how quickly the responsibilities can add up—from making decisions about care and figuring out what comes next to managing a home that may also need attention. That experience became a big part of why she created Senior Real Estate Concierge: to give families someone they can turn to who understands that these transitions are about much more than selling a home.
Today, Christin brings that understanding to the families she works with, helping them navigate the real estate side of the transition with patience, practical guidance, and a steady hand from beginning to end.
